Nutrinomist vs Nutrium
Nutrium is a European nutrition platform built around meal planning, with food-composition databases, a client app and a food diary. Nutrinomist is built around the rest of the client relationship: your own forms in 13 languages, chat and the client portal, video calls with AI notes, lab results and an AI assistant connection.
The honest summary
If meal plans with nutrient analysis and a client food diary are the centre of your work, Nutrium does that better today, and its entry price is lower. If you mainly work through intake forms, chat, video consultations and lab results, with clients in many languages, Nutrinomist covers more of that, starting with a free plan.

- You want your own forms, with your own questions, in each client's language.

Key differences
Meal planning is Nutrium's home ground
Nutrium builds meal plans against more than 20 national food-composition databases, with recipes, shopping lists and a client food diary. Nutrinomist has recipes, collections and meal plans from Starter, but no food database, nutrient analysis or food diary. If that is your daily work, Nutrium is the stronger tool.
Forms you design, in your clients' languages
Nutrium has one nutrition assessment form: you can hide its sections and questions, but not add your own. Nutrinomist lets you build any form, send it in several languages at once and, from Starter, draft or translate it with AI. Each client sees the portal, forms and your page in their language, in any of 13; Nutrium's interface comes in 7, counting two Portuguese variants.
A free plan, then pay as you grow
Nutrium has no free plan; its introductory prices start at €15 a month billed yearly for 10 active clients, and €25 a month for unlimited clients. Nutrinomist Free covers 5 active clients with your page, forms and payments; Starter is €29 a month for 25, with the portal and chat, and Pro is €69 a month for unlimited clients.
Video notes, labs and AI assistants
Both have built-in video with AI notes. Nutrium never stores call audio. Nutrinomist records the call, so you and your client can watch it back, writes the transcript and journal summary, reads lab PDFs into biomarkers on Pro, and lets Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants read your clients, chats, journal, calendar and forms.
Switching from Nutrium
Nutrium can export all your clients' information as a CSV file. Nutrinomist has no automatic import yet, so most practitioners move over gradually:
- Start on the Free plan and set up your personal page and packages.
- Rebuild your intake forms: from Starter, upload a PDF of a form, or describe it, and AI drafts it.
- Invite active clients to the portal as they rebook, each in their own language.
- If meal plans are central to your work, you can keep Nutrium for them while forms, chat and video calls move to Nutrinomist.
Nutrinomist vs Nutrium: questions
Is Nutrinomist cheaper than Nutrium?
Not at every size. As of October 2026, Nutrium's introductory prices are €15 a month billed yearly for 10 active clients and €25 a month for unlimited clients, and it has no free plan. Nutrinomist is free for 5 active clients, €29 a month for 25 and €69 a month for unlimited clients with AI notes, or €23 and €55 a month billed yearly.
Does Nutrinomist do nutrient analysis?
No. Nutrinomist has recipes, collections and meal plans from Starter, but no food-composition database, so it can't calculate nutrients. Nutrium can.
Which languages do my clients see?
In Nutrinomist each client has their own language, and the portal, forms and your personal page appear in it: Danish, German, English, Spanish, Finnish, French, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Swedish or Ukrainian. Nutrium's client app follows the language of the client's phone, in one of its interface languages.
Where is my data hosted?
Both are hosted in Europe. Nutrinomist's app servers and database run in Frankfurt, Germany; Nutrium says it uses hosting providers located mainly in Europe.
Can I move my clients from Nutrium?
There's no automatic import yet. Export your clients from Nutrium as a CSV file, invite active clients to the Nutrinomist portal as they rebook, and rebuild your forms with the AI form builder from Starter.
