Nutrinomist — the multilingual platform for holistic professionals working online
For longevity & healthspan coaches

Longevity coaching software for biomarker tracking and quarterly reviews

Healthspan coaching runs on a long rhythm: a panel each quarter, a review call, adjustments, the next panel. Nutrinomist keeps every reading on one chart per marker, writes up the review and sells the year as one programme, so the record still makes sense in year three.

  • Every panel on one chart per marker
  • Quarterly reviews written up from the recording
  • Annual programmes paid up front

Where a longevity practice loses the thread

Results in a dozen PDFs

Bloodwork from different labs and countries sits in separate files, and comparing this quarter with last year means a spreadsheet.

Reviews that live in your notebook

The quarterly call covers a lot, and what you agreed is written down by hand rather than in the client's record.

A premium price on consumer tools

Clients paying for a year of coaching book by email and get their plan as a shared document.

In practice

Four workflows from a longevity coaching year

Each one starts from a moment in a typical week and shows the features it uses, what it changes for your business and the plan it needs.

From Pro

A new panel each quarter, added to the same charts

Every quarter the client sends their new panel. You import it into their Biomarkers tab, check the values and approve them. Each marker's chart gains a reading, with the latest value, the change since the first reading and both ranges shaded, and you keep a note on each marker as you go.

What it changes: The review starts from the chart instead of a spreadsheet, and the record keeps building year after year.

  • PDF reports from any lab, in any language; scans added by hand
  • Click a reading to compare it with the one before
  • A reading added by hand when a result came on paper
From Starter

The quarterly review call, written up for you

You hold the review in the video room and share your screen to go through the charts together. With recording on, AI writes the journal entry from your template afterwards: markers reviewed, changes agreed, the date of the next panel. The client can watch the recording back in their client portal.

  • Screen sharing, and the client's chat inside the call
  • Your own note sections, with an instruction for each
  • 3 a month on Starter, no limit under fair use on Pro

What it changes: What you agreed is in the client's record the same day, and the client has the recording to go back to.

On every plan

A twelve-month programme, paid up front

You sell the year as one package on your page: four quarterly reviews, protocol updates and chat support in between, with your terms attached. International clients read it in their language and pay in their currency by card through packages, into your own Stripe account.

  • Prices in euros, Swiss francs, dollars or another currency you accept
  • No Nutrinomist fee; Stripe's standard fees apply
  • Manual payment for clients who pay by bank transfer

What it changes: Clients commit to the year at the start, instead of renewing review by review.

Three packages on a practitioner's page, each with what is included, its price and a Purchase button
From Pro

A brief before every review, from your AI assistant

Before the call you ask Claude or ChatGPT, connected through the Nutrinomist connector: what did we agree last quarter, and what has she asked in chat since? It reads the client's journal entries, chats and forms with your sign-in and answers in a few lines.

  • Reads clients, chats, journal entries, forms, your calendar and protocols
  • Can draft a protocol, and never sends anything
  • Lab charts stay in Nutrinomist; the assistant doesn't read them

What it changes: Preparing for a review takes a question instead of rereading three months of messages.

Questions longevity coaches ask

Can I import results from labs in other countries?

Yes. PDF reports with text in them, from any lab and in any layout, are read, translated first when they're in another language, and converted to SI units, so results from different labs line up on one chart. Scanned reports aren't read yet; add those values by hand.

Does Nutrinomist tell clients what their results mean?

No. It marks each value against the lab's range and the optimal range you set, for you to review. What a result means for the client is your call.

What happens to imported results if I change plans?

If you move to a plan without biomarkers, the results you imported stay readable; importing and adding new markers stop.

Which plan do I need?

Pro, for biomarkers. It also has no limit on active clients, recorded sessions with AI notes under fair use, voice-note transcripts and the AI connector.
