Nutrinomist — the multilingual platform for holistic professionals working online
AI agents · MCP

Your practice, inside the AI assistant you already use

Nutrinomist is built agent-first. Connect ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant you already use, then ask about clients, chats, session notes, forms and your calendar in plain language, or have it draft a client's protocol. The answers come from your own records, and nothing goes to a client until you send it.

  • One server URL for every assistant
  • Sign in with your Nutrinomist account
  • Drafts only, nothing sent, every request logged

Server URL

One address for every assistant

Paste this URL wherever your assistant asks for a remote MCP server or a custom connector. The first time it connects, you sign in to Nutrinomist and approve it.

Already a customer? The same URL is on the Integrations page of your Nutrinomist account.

How connecting works

The same four steps whichever assistant you pick. The guides below show where to click in each one.

1

Copy the server URL

One address works for every assistant and every practitioner.

2

Add it to your assistant

In your assistant's settings, where it's called a custom connector, app or plugin.

3

Sign in and allow

Your assistant opens Nutrinomist. Sign in, check the assistant's name and click Allow.

4

Ask about your practice

Ask in your own words. The assistant looks up your records, answers from them and drafts protocols when you ask.

Supported assistants

Pick your assistant

Each of these lets you add Nutrinomist in its own settings and sign in with your Nutrinomist account. No code and no terminal.

What your agent can do

Ask about your practice. Get answers from your own records.

The Nutrinomist server gives your assistant 19 tools across 6 parts of your workspace. Most of them read. The protocol tools also write, but only drafts, and none of them sends anything to a client.

Reads

Clients

Search your client list by name or email and open a profile: contact details, notes, language, seat status and whether they've joined your portal.

Calendar

Check consultations, video meetings and form deadlines for any stretch of up to 92 days.

  • list_calendar_events
Reads and drafts

Protocols

Read your protocols, templates and segments, start a client's protocol from any of them, and write, reorder and rename it while it's still a draft. In Claude and ChatGPT the draft opens as a live preview in the chat.

Things practitioners ask

Type them the way you'd ask a colleague.

  • Which clients have messaged me since yesterday, and what do they need from me?
  • I'm seeing Maria at 10. Summarize our last three sessions and anything she's sent since.
  • Go through Tom's intake form and list his goals, allergies and medications.
  • What's on my calendar next week, and which of those clients haven't finished their forms?
  • Which of my clients haven't joined the client portal yet?
  • What did Anna say in her voice message this morning?
  • Draft a gut-health protocol for Maria from my template, and leave out the dairy.
  • In Tom's draft protocol, move the supplement table above the sample day and add a hydration checklist.

Your assistant can look things up, summarize and draft. The only thing it writes is a protocol that hasn't been sent: it can start one, change its text and rename it. It can't send messages or protocols, delete a protocol, or change a sent protocol, a template or a segment. Adding pictures and sending still happen in Nutrinomist, by you. In Claude and ChatGPT the draft opens as a live preview in the chat; other assistants give you a link to open it in Nutrinomist.

Data safety

Built for health data

An assistant reaches your workspace only through you: your sign-in, your approval and your permissions.

You approve each assistant

The first time an assistant connects, Nutrinomist shows you its name and asks you to allow it. Each assistant needs its own approval, and nothing connects without it.

Your permissions, nothing more

Every request runs as you, under the same access rules as the app. The assistant sees what you could see in Nutrinomist. Other practitioners' clients stay invisible, and client accounts can't connect at all.

Drafts, never sends

The assistant can look up your records and draft a protocol. It can't send messages or protocols to clients, delete a protocol, or change one that's already been sent. What reaches a client still goes from Nutrinomist, by you.

Every request is logged

Each lookup and each change is recorded with the assistant that made it, the tool it used and the time, so there's a trail of every access.

Disconnect any time

Remove the Nutrinomist connector in your assistant and it stops reaching your workspace. If your plan stops including MCP, every assistant loses access within minutes.

Know where answers go

What the assistant reads is sent to its AI provider and handled under your agreement with that provider. Check that it fits your obligations to your clients before you connect.

Plans

Included from Pro

The MCP server is part of the Pro and Team plans. On Free and Starter, an assistant can find the server, but the Nutrinomist sign-in screen asks you to upgrade before anything is shared.

Advanced

Also works with advanced coding agents

Coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor connect to the same server URL. Open one to see its setup steps.

Claude Code

Anthropic's agent for the terminal, your IDE and the desktop app.
Terminal

Steps

  1. Run the command below. --scope user makes Nutrinomist available in every project.
  2. Start Claude Code, type /mcp, select nutrinomist and choose to authenticate.
  3. Your browser opens Nutrinomist. Sign in and click Allow. Claude Code keeps the sign-in and refreshes it for you.
  4. Check the connection any time with claude mcp list.

OpenAI Codex

OpenAI's coding agent. The CLI, the IDE extension and the Codex app share one MCP setup.
Terminal

Steps

  1. Run the first command to add Nutrinomist to your Codex configuration.
  2. Run the second command. Your browser opens Nutrinomist: sign in and click Allow.
  3. Prefer clicking? In the Codex app open Settings → MCP servers (in the IDE extension, the gear menu → MCP servers), click Add server, choose Streamable HTTP, paste the URL and click Authenticate.
  4. Check it with codex mcp list, or type /mcp in a session.

Cursor

The AI code editor, through its mcp.json file.
Code editor

Steps

  1. Open ~/.cursor/mcp.json (create it if it doesn't exist) and add the entry below. To keep it to one project, use that project's .cursor/mcp.json instead.
  2. Save the file, open Customize in the sidebar and check that nutrinomist is switched on.
  3. Follow Cursor's sign-in prompt for the server, sign in to Nutrinomist and click Allow. Cursor registers itself, so there's no client ID to set up.
  4. Ask the agent in chat, for example: “Using Nutrinomist, which of my clients haven't joined the portal yet?”

VS Code + GitHub Copilot

Copilot's agent in Visual Studio Code.
Code editor

Steps

  1. Open the Command Palette and run MCP: Add Server.
  2. Choose HTTP (HTTP or Server-Sent Events), paste the server URL and enter nutrinomist as the server ID.
  3. Choose where to save it. For a personal setup, pick Global.
  4. Accept the trust prompt. VS Code registers itself with Nutrinomist and opens your browser: sign in and click Allow.
  5. In Copilot chat, mention the server in your prompt, for example: “Using Nutrinomist, what's on my calendar this week?”

Google Antigravity

Google's agent-first editor. Its CLI reads the same MCP file.
Code editor

Steps

  1. Add the entry below to ~/.gemini/config/mcp_config.json. Antigravity reads serverUrl, not url or httpUrl.
  2. Open Agent settings → Customizations and click Authenticate next to nutrinomist.
  3. Sign in to Nutrinomist in your browser and click Allow.
  4. Copy the authorization code Antigravity shows you, paste it into the settings panel and click Submit.

Gemini CLI

Google's open-source agent for the terminal.
Terminal

Steps

  1. Run the command below. -s user saves it in ~/.gemini/settings.json, so it works in every folder.
  2. Start Gemini CLI and run /mcp auth nutrinomist.
  3. Sign in to Nutrinomist in the browser window and click Allow. Gemini CLI registers itself, so there's nothing else to configure.
  4. Sign-in needs a browser on the same computer, so it won't work over SSH or inside a container.

Hermes Agent

Nous Research's open-source agent, running on your own computer or server.
Terminal

Steps

  1. Add the lines below to ~/.hermes/config.yaml. If the file already has an mcp_servers section, put the nutrinomist entry under it.
  2. In a new terminal, run hermes mcp login nutrinomist. Hermes registers itself with Nutrinomist and opens your browser.
  3. Sign in to Nutrinomist and click Allow. Hermes keeps the sign-in in ~/.hermes/mcp-tokens and refreshes it for you.
  4. Start Hermes, or run /reload-mcp in a running session, to load the Nutrinomist tools. If Hermes runs on a server, paste the redirect URL back at its prompt when it asks.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan do I need?

Pro or Team. On Free and Starter, the sign-in screen asks you to upgrade first. If you move to a plan without MCP, connected assistants lose access within a few minutes.

Can the assistant message my clients or change my records?

It can't message your clients or send them anything. The only thing it can write is a protocol that hasn't been sent: it can start one for a client, change its text and rename it. Sent protocols, templates, segments and the rest of your records stay as they are, and sending still happens in Nutrinomist, by you.

Which assistants work with Nutrinomist?

Any assistant that can add a remote MCP server by URL and sign in with OAuth, registering itself automatically. Among everyday assistants, that's ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Mistral Vibe and Hermes Agent. Advanced coding agents work too: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, VS Code with GitHub Copilot, Google Antigravity and Gemini CLI. Microsoft Copilot doesn't let personal accounts add one yet.

What can the assistant see?

Exactly what you can see in Nutrinomist: your clients, your chats, your journal and meeting transcripts, your forms, your calendar, and your protocols, templates and segments. It can't reach other practitioners' clients.

Where does my clients' data go?

Nutrinomist sends results only to the assistant you approved, and only for records you can already open. From there your AI provider processes them under its own terms, so pick a provider whose data handling suits your practice and your clients.

Can my clients connect their own assistant?

No. Only practitioner accounts can connect. A client account that tries is turned away at sign-in.

How do I disconnect an assistant?

Remove the Nutrinomist connector or MCP server in that assistant's settings. To use it again later, add the URL and approve it once more.

Can I watch the protocol while the assistant writes it?

In Claude and ChatGPT, yes: the draft opens as a live preview in the chat, laid out as the client will see it, and refreshes as the assistant changes it. Other assistants give you a link to open the draft in Nutrinomist. If you're editing the same protocol at the time, nothing is overwritten: Nutrinomist tells you a newer version was saved and lets you choose which to keep.
