Simple pricing for your online practice

Starter and Pro come with a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature in the plan. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. After 14 days your subscription starts automatically.

No. The Free plan requires no credit card — sign up and start working with up to 5 active clients right away. You can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you are ready.

An active client is a client you've worked with in the last 30 days — for example someone you sent a form or a protocol to, met by video or messaged. Clients you haven't worked with for 30 days stop counting automatically, and archived clients never count.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access to your plan until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

The Team plan is €149 per month and includes 2 practitioner seats, access management and role-based access rights, so a whole clinic — across professions — works in one shared workspace with a shared client history. Each additional practitioner is €49 per month.

All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes. If VAT applies in your country, it is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing details.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, and you can update your payment method at any time.

No. Nutrinomist adds no fee or commission to what your clients pay you. Card payments go to your own Stripe account, and Stripe takes its standard processing fee on each payment, as it would anywhere else. Stripe sets that fee, and it depends on the card and the country; see stripe.com/pricing. Payments through your own link or by arrangement don't pass through Nutrinomist at all.
