What is Nutrinomist?
Nutrinomist is one platform for holistic professionals who work online: a public page with package sales, AI-assisted forms, biomarker analysis from lab PDFs, worksheets, protocols, calendar with booking, client chat and built-in video consultations with AI summaries — localized into 13 languages.
Who is Nutrinomist for?
Health professionals who work with clients online: nutritionists, dietitians, health and longevity coaches, functional medicine practitioners, naturopaths, personal trainers and session-based coaches — from solo practitioners to clinic teams. If you run consultations and manage clients, the platform fits your workflow.
Which languages are supported?
Thirteen: Danish, German, English, Spanish, Finnish, French, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Swedish and Ukrainian. Client-facing content — forms, portal, documents, your public page — follows each client's language.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 5 active clients, your personal page, forms with templates, Stripe payments and the calendar — no credit card required. Paid plans start at €29/month and come with a 14-day free trial.
How do payments from my clients work?
You choose for each price. Connect your own Stripe account and clients pay by card on a checkout page in their language, with the money settling in your account; Nutrinomist never holds it. Or send them to a payment link you already use, or let them send a request, arrange payment yourself and mark the order paid on your dashboard.
Is my clients' data safe?
The platform and database run in the EU (Frankfurt). Nutrinomist is GDPR-compliant by design, and our AI partner is contractually barred from storing your data or training models on it.
Do video meetings require Zoom or another tool?
No. Video rooms are built into the platform — clients join from a browser link, no installs. Recordings can be transcribed in all 13 languages and summarized into an editable journal entry by AI.
Can clients use Nutrinomist on their phone?
Yes. The client portal works in any mobile browser, and there is a native Nutrinomist app on the App Store with push notifications for chat and reminders.
Can I bring my existing forms and client records?
Yes. Upload the PDF forms you already use and AI converts them into live forms; older consultation records can be imported into worksheets from PDF; lab history builds up from imported reports.
What does the AI actually do?
It reads lab PDFs into structured biomarkers, builds and translates forms, converts your existing PDFs, transcribes recorded consultations and drafts journal summaries. You review and edit everything — the AI does the typing, you keep the clinical judgment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly or annual, you can cancel whenever you like, and the Free plan means you never lose access to your account.
We are a clinic with several practitioners — does that work?
Yes. The Team plan includes two practitioners and access management, with additional practitioners at €49/month each. Contact us and we'll help you set up.
