Today, the file comes by email. You download it, look for it in the phone's downloads, and the email link opens the website instead of anything you're signed in to.
With Nutrinomist, the push notification opens her chat in the app. You tap Download and the phone's share sheet saves the PDF to Files or Drive under its own name. The link in an unread-message email opens the app too.

When a client writes and you're not in Nutrinomist, a push notification arrives on your phone, and tapping it opens the conversation. You also hear when a client accepts or declines an appointment.

Send form opens a short sheet: pick one of your forms, one client or several, and add a note and a submission deadline if you like. The client fills it in on their phone or computer, and the answers land in their record.
